Shanghai, China, September 29, 2020 – Toshiba Electronic components and Storage Corporation (“Toshiba”) today announced that it has added a new CMOS operational amplifier “TC75S102F” to its product line, featuring an industry-leading[1]of ultra-low current consumption. The new product will start shipping today.
The op amp is used to amplify the weak signal emanating from the sensor. To extend IoT edge devices and mobile devices[2]For electronic devices that require battery power between charges, they must also reduce current consumption.
Toshiba uses its proprietary CMOS process technology to optimize the circuit of the new op amp with industry-leading low current consumption[1], so as to achieve low power consumption. With a minimum supply voltage of 1.5V, the new device is an operational amplifier capable of full-range input/output (rail-to-rail input/output), outperforming its predecessor.
